Honda H Series Vtec Crate Engines

The H Series engine from Honda consist of a Dual Overhead Cam Cylinder Head, and a very special Fiber Reinforced Metal "FRM" Cylinders. Most projects will need this material removed, and sleeves installed.  We have 2 main options for this.  One is a Dry Sleeve ($600), which is a Melling .125" thick ductile iron sleeve that is bored and pressed in, and finish honed to the piston size. Wet Sleeveing is optional as well ($1750) has a stronger desing and includes a large deck counterbore.  Many aftermarket options available, contact us to get started.  We do not stock cores, and must be supplied for the project.   Pricing below is for USDM Preludes, which is the H22A1 and H23A1 (91-96), and H22A4 (97-01).  Our Stage 2 is a great setup for Dry Sleeves, and Forged Internals.  We can also use Malhe Hyperuetectic Pistons for longevity with this setup.
